This menu comes from The Hotel St. Francis Cook Book. Not so much like a cookbook, this was more a collection of menus used at the hotel, along with some simple instructions.

Anje graduated with a Honours Bachelors degree in History with a minor in Museum Studies. She currently lives and works in Japan's least populous prefecture as an assistant English teacher.
